Precision 1/32" × 2½" tungsten-carbide electrode for the Carbitron 300 system. For precision applications on small or delicate surfaces.
The 1/32" tungsten-carbide electrode is the precision electrode in the Carbitron 300 lineup. Reserved for delicate surfaces, fine-feature deposition, and applications where the larger electrodes would cover too much area or damage adjacent features.
Common use cases include precision dental instrument hardening, micro-tooling edge deposition, and selective coating of delicate medical instruments.
Replacement electrode for the Carbitron 300 system. Like the other electrodes in the family, it is a consumable that wears down with use.
