This unique abrasion-resistant tape offers the user instant protection against wear along with a very low coefficient of friction. Because of this combination of properties this tape will outwear steel by a factor of 20 to 1 in sliding applications. In other general abrasive resistant applications this tape will outwear stainless steel by a factor of 6 to 1 and TFE tape by a factor of 4 to 1. In addition, this material is highly resistant to chemical attack and also has excellent insulating properties. Approved by FDA and USDA. This product is truly an all-purpose solution to a wide range of problems.

Some Typical Applications:

Wear and slip plates: forming mandrels for paper and film, slides for paper and film, equipment slides.

Conveying materials and packages: conveyor beds, conveyor guide covers, tops for packing tables.

Chute and trough linings: foodstuff chutes, coal chutes, abrasive chutes, pipe takeoff racks, and vending machine uses.
